Custom classes are taught at a location of your choice and are perfect for individuals or groups at your school, business, church, or home.

Mary Kathryn Harris, owner and instructor, is certified with the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, and participated in Practical Pilates and Practical Yoga Instructor Training through AFAA. She recently received her license as a Zumba Instructor as well. A graduate of Appalachian State University with a BS in Communication, she has years of experience advocating for children and adults with developmental disabilities. She has an extensive
background in exercise and athletics and currently teaches classes for children, adults, and senior citizens. Mary Kathryn's personal objective is to instill in children and adults the critical need to make exercise and fitness a necessary part of your life to enhance wellness, happiness and satisfaction.
